Naturopathic Consultations


  • I have been practising as a Naturopath and Natural Health Practitioner, within an Integrative Health Care Model for over 40 years. My areas of special interest are: Stress Management, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Hormonal imbalances, Mental Health and Wellbeing, ADHD, Addiction Recovery, Workplace Stress & Burnout, M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Healthy Weight Management. I have worked with most conditions over the years, so please feel free to contact me if your area of enquiry isn’t listed above.

Clinical Supervision


  • I am a Dapaanz Accredited Clinical Supervisor. The Dapaanz Supervision guide, Aronui provides further information and guidance for practitioners, managers and supervisors. I provide Clinical Supervision and Mentoring for a wide range of professionals working in areas including Mental Health, Addiction, Nursing, Counselling, Psychological Therapy, Naturopathy as well as various NGOs.

  • Consultation Fees:

  • Initial Assessment Appointment: 60 mins - $140
  • Follow up Appointment: 50 mins - $130, 30 mins - $70
  • Phone or Zoom Appointment: 50 mins- $130, 30 mins - $70
  • Supervision Appointment: 50 mins - $130

  • All Consultation Fees are GST Inclusive
  • Reduced Fees may apply for Students, those on WINZ Benefits or Superannuation
  • Clinical Supervision & Mentoring: Reduced fees for NGO's & some other Providers *Please check with me directly.

  • Cancellations:
  • If your situation changes for whatever reason and you aren’t able to attend the appointment, please make contact. I will assist you to reschedule your session wherever possible. It is best to provide 48 hours cancellation notice, so that others are able to be offered your cancellation space.
  • Please note:   If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment you may be charged half of the session fee.

  • I have a current contract in place with Vitae who provide employee counselling services. This may be up to 3 sessions, dependent on associated organisation. https://www.vitae.co.nz/

  • Some health insurance policies may provide cover (please check your policy)

  • Claiming Costs - Self Employed 
  • If you are self-employed you may claim the fees as a business expense. I recommend checking with your personal tax consultant.
