Biography

Integrative Health & Wellbeing Clinic - Counsellor/ Psychological Therapist / Clinical Supervisor/ Naturopathic Practitioner 
 

 I am passionate about providing quality patient/ client- centred, Individualised Health & Wellbeing Care and supporting the Community within the Primary Care setting.  Family/ Whanau and Significant Others are often involved in appointments, including the plan of care, as appropriate. I provide In-person appointments, as well as Zoom Video and Phone appointments. 

My professional experience has covered a wide range of public and private Mental Health and Addiction Services over the past 40 years.  I have also provided Clinical Supervision, Mentoring & Health Coaching over this time and continue to do so.

In addition, I have also had a long involvement with the M.E/C.F.S. Group Canterbury in various roles over the years and I refer my patients/ clients to this highly recommended organisation as appropriate. https://www.mecfscanterbury.nz/

I have been practising as a Counsellor & Psychological Therapist for over 40 years and also as a Reg. Addictions Practitioner. 

I am a Reg. Psychiatric Nurse and a Reg. Comprehensive Nurse.

I hold a practicing certificate with the Nursing Council of NZ  and adhere to the all of ethical, legislative and professional guidelines.I am a member of the Nursing Organisation of NZ. New Zealand Nurses Organisation - see Home page.

I am a Dapaanz Registered Addiction/ Problem Gambling Practitioner & Accredited Clinical Supervisor. I adhere to all of the ethical, legislative and professional guidelines.
